This Woman’s Way:
A Spiritual Home
for Women on the Path
As spiritually grounded guides, we support women in moving through the Saturn Return transformation with clarity and serenity
Are you ready to walk This Woman’s Way?
You’ve tried talk therapy…and it’s just not hitting like it used to
You’re doing the work: you know yourself. But you sense there must be a way to go deeper. This Woman’s Way is the right corollary for women who’ve had therapy, and intuitively understand the need to shore up a spiritual foundation to continue progressing.
You’re in your late 20s to early 30s…and Saturn Return is in full effect
You don’t want to sound dramatic, but Saturn Return feels like life as you’ve always known it is ending. Saturn can feel like an abusive father unleashed on the soft animal of our days. Walking This Woman’s Way, we shift from “Get me out of here!” to learning lessons in peace.
You’re comfortable adjusting your beliefs and perceptions…in fact, you’re craving it
You’re longing for guidance from a seasoned spiritual worker who can not only lead you to new insights, but help you incorporate them tangibly into your life. Right in the heat of the moment — when that old pattern or addiction feels most active.

About Your Guide, Kristin Sheehan
“Life can only be understood backward, but it must be lived forward.” —Soren Kierkegaard
When the seed of This Woman’s Way was planted a quarter century ago, I was too young to understand what the calling really meant.
During my first high school psychology class, I knew I would spend my life helping people move through our often turbulent inner worlds. In 2007, I completed my Masters in Clinical Counseling. I commenced a successful career in outpatient psychology — but Saturn Return had other plans for me.
Saturn is associated with restriction and hard lessons, with forcing us into ultimately beneficial changes that, in our inexperience, we wouldn’t have chosen for ourselves. After building a life I thought I was in control of, a neurological illness resulted in my moving back into my parents’ home at age 30. I couldn’t work. I felt like life was imploding.
Connecting with a naturopath taught me the healing power of food, plants, and herbs. I pursued professional training again, this time as a personal chef at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. Today I incorporate therapeutic foods into my work with women as they travel the path of spiritual progress.
While my Saturn Return felt destructive at the time, I understand, looking backward, how it profoundly changed me into someone new: from a staunch atheist into a woman whose feet are firmly planted in spiritual practice. I launched This Woman’s Way knowing I can best keep these spiritual gifts by giving them away to other women who are experiencing that sense of destruction. Guidance is here for you.
